1. Eligibility & Responsible Use

You must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction to use Corkwise. The app provides informational guidance only and is not a substitute for professional, medical, or alcohol-safety advice. You are solely responsible for your own ordering decisions and alcohol consumption.

2. Accuracy of Results

Corkwise uses Gemini to analyze menus. AI can make mistakes—please verify prices, vintages, and availability with the restaurant before ordering.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Apple Requirements

Certain features require an auto-renewing subscription managed by Adapty and processed via your Apple ID.

Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.

Refunds: All purchases are handled by Apple. Any refund requests must be submitted to Apple directly and are subject to Apple’s standard policies.

4. Third-Party Services

We do not rely on vague or unnamed third parties. Corkwise functions through direct integrations with:

• Gemini for artificial intelligence and menu processing.
• PostHog for product analytics, crash reporting, and usage metrics.
• Adapty for subscription tracking and revenue management.
• Supabase for backend request routing and related app functionality.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corkwise and its operator disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid to use Corkwise in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
